By accessing or using Pabble ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pabble is an AI-powered platform that allows users to build custom business apps by describing them in plain English. The Service includes app generation, data storage, sharing, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pabble offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Credits and Usage

AI app generation consumes credits as described on our pricing page. Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not carry over.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all apps, data, and content you create using Pabble. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate apps that contain malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Abuse the AI generation system to circumvent credit limits

8. Intellectual Property

Pabble, its logo, and its design are trademarks of Pabble. The underlying platform code, AI models, and infrastructure remain our property. The apps you create using our Service belong to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pabble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
